Some of the underlying components to Quiet Confidence:
Through these basic components we create a self monitoring system that allows you to connect to what is going on within yourself and how you interact with others.
These components consist of:
Grounding - how you connect to the earth. How stable you are. Your initial monitoring system of supporting your structure.
Stacking - how do you stack your skeletal structure over your grounded feet. Being aware of your structure and the adjustments you can make to reset, regain or recover yourself.
Your Space - this I call your house or also your volume. The area that is allocated to you and you have the right to be in. Firstly the awareness of this space. Who you allow into or keep out of that space. What sort of person you are that occupies that space. How you have been programmed, and the choices you can make from within your space. Only you can know and understand your house.
Redirect - by developing the understanding and connection to the steps above you can learn how to ground (be stable), redirect or invite into your space who you choose. This should come from a point of choice rather then reaction.
Reset - this is the ability to escape or effect the situation by correcting or fixing yourself. Rather then reacting or fighting the situation. By being able to reset or correct yourself you become aware that you have choices and even learn to look at situations from another point of view.
Inquisitive Mind - develop an inquisitive mind by not just believing what you are told or read. But rather ask questions from your point of view and see if you can understand what you learn.
Each persons point of view is unique and has value in the supporting of the knowledge of the group. Learning to gift from your experience helps others. Who in turn helps and connects back increasing the learning and understanding of the whole.
Safe Place - where is your safe place? From which point of view can you develop belief and understanding that supports your development of who you are. By believing you have choices and their is an answer to the problem you are handling, allows you the opportunity to keep looking and find solutions.
By finding these safe places, either physically or mentally helps you develop your belief system. Developing your connection to others from a compassionate and caring point of view for the betterment of those you connect with.
Choices - making choices is dependent on your learning, understanding and comfort of who you are. If you believe in yourself and have a comfortable space that you occupy. Allowing you to view situations from a more honest point of view.
Creating a calmer place to question, find answers and connect back to, to help you create the outcome that you would like to have.
Do you know you have choices? Are these choices comfortable for you or are they coming from a reactionary point of view? Can you ask questions of yourself to learn and improve from? Are you developing and understanding who you are? What are the outcomes and consequences from your choices? Do you just replicate what someone has told you?
